As for Willis, I thought he looked pretty good in the short time he was in at QB. I realize this was a very small sample size but this kid could be the future at QB. It will be interesting to see how he does in a full game. And Baylor will be a tall order.

A single season means nothing. Auburn went winless in conference in 2012 and then was in the National Championship Game a year later.

My god, what an era. My KSU buddies just choose to ignore that period of time. That said, I don't think there's a single KSU fan out there jealous of anything KU football has ever done. I know that a lot of KU fans like to post the series records, but really, the only thing that matters in sports is what has happened the last 10-15 years.

We won an Orange Bowl. I have a hard time calling that greatness. Was it a good achievement for the program? Absolutely.

Greatness in collegiate sports is National Championships or perhaps even undefeated regular seasons. Winning a BCS bowl game was awesome, but it's certainly not greatness.
