Of course there are no great QB prospects in the draft in the years that we suck. This franchise is cursed.

Here come the excuses for not drafting a first round QB already.

Name me a #1 overall pick QB who DIDN'T have a bad game in their final college season.

I'm waiting.

And don't say, "Andrew Luck" because you would be wrong.

I'm actually glad that Geno had a bad game. Now we can see how he handles bouncing back from it.

Face it, not even the best QB's of all time have gone careers without bad games.

People thinking Geno is terrible because he had a single bad game just shows how stupid they are.

I think he's far more comparable to Palmer than those 3.

Wow Carson Palmer. Way to set the bar high there.

typical fanbase. have a bad game and you suck.

WV 10-13-2012 06:27 PM

Even Geno's "bad" game is faaaaar better than anything we've had for quite some time. Let the nay sayers off the bus, they weren't in it fully anyway.

the Talking Can 10-13-2012 06:39 PM

a bad game for geno

29 completions, 250 yards, 1 td, 0 ints

WV is an unranked nobody without him...

DaKCMan AP 10-13-2012 06:41 PM

Geno didn't play terrible. He didn't play great and had some inaccurate passes, but his WRs dropped a bunch that hit them in the hands.

the Talking Can 10-13-2012 06:43 PM

he was off a bit, his wr's were off, and they didn't convert their 4th downs..

and unlike most teams they have to go for it on 4th every time because they have a Chiefs defense..

a bad game is tony romo throwing 5 picks

He's going to have more success than Palmer. Barkely has been impressive every year at USC. Palmer sucked up until his last year.

Yes, but how many quality teams has he beaten?

And don't even bother bringing up Texas. The Longhorns are an abortion this year.

Throwing 8 TD's on Baylors 119th defense sure looks awesome though LMAO

The replacement kid that TCU threw in at QB has 3 TD's on Baylor and it's his first start!

So much for that LMAO

Yep. It's a shame Geno Smith just started playing football this year. Because he has no experience starting at QB the two entire seasons prior to this one...

...
