The DNR list effectively IS a suspension.

They didn't have top put him on it. They don't have to pay him when he's on it. They can keep him on it for 2 weeks after he finally reports.

I agree with that, I was commenting on the "if they're cruising to a title with no Jones just tell him to stay home" comments.

That's the first 10 weeks. Whats your panic point? And what's a realistic possibility?

I mean doesn't 4-5 seem to be an absolute floor there?

And yeah, that's not great at all, but still lines out to a very possible 10-7 finish and a playoff spot.

But....this is why I understand them being as patient as they have been with this. They know what the guy brings and I'd imagine they're not happy to have to go to battle without him.
Whoever called that a strip sack knows nothing about football. Period.

Hurts wasn't sacked. He wasn't stripped. He went max level Simple Jack full reerun and dropped the football unforced.
