It means, you can be a useful part of any forum if you remember where you are.

If you think you are on a 49ers forum when you are on a Chiefs forum, don't be surprised when you catch a bunch of shit as a result. If you want to contribute to a Chiefs forum, then keep it more or less Chiefs related and to discussion pertinent to Chiefs fans. Don't try to turn it into your personal 49ers board.

It doesn't help when you call them all douchebags. And it doesn't help when you try to "shame them" into making the forum a place their "mothers would not be ashamed of".

Your example doesn't even apply.. whatsoever. I came in.. told them I liked the Chiefs, and that they should give Alex a fair chance before condemning him. That I expect KC to have a good season.
