It seems to me when Alex threw that long "gimme" pass with the Texans offside, that resulted in a would be INT, he's been even more cautious than usual. The drops don't help either.

That women's NFL commercial should've showed a couple of toothless meth whores in Raiders gear seeing each other and smiling. It would've spoken better to their market.

I wonder if James Brown hates himself for doing a 30 second verizon commercial at the beginning of his set.

If we weren't fumbling/bumbling/stumbling out way through the game we'd be in fine shape. If KC can go back to playing their game in the second half -- including Alex not playing scared -- then we'll be fine. Take away the turnovers and it's a 6-3 game. The fact that with them it is only 13-3 is actually a good sign. |

The Chiefs are extremely fortunate that they aren't down by over 20 points. With them getting the ball at half, they have to feel like they're in great position to steal another game.

Garropalo probably has a separated shoulder.

Yeah. Truthfully it's been a lot of flukes. |

This is Alex Smith in a nutshell. I seriously can't believe how many people he fooled with one fluke quarter against an awful team.
BTW, these are the types of games (i.e. most games) where we miss Charles. He could take it the distance at any moment, the only player KC has that can say that (receivers of any kind don't count because Alex Smith is the QB). |
Ouch. At least I get a point for the ware tackle to make up for the-2 point fumble

He got hit and driven into the ground landing square on his shoulder. |
