i really do, yes - we'll get big bro in here - Kyle is pretty darned good - top ten outside CB - IIRC either a spot above -or- below Xavier Rhodes - that should tell you all that you need to know - either way - I'd love to have Xavier -

**** Peters. He wanted out and acted like douche all year. **** him!

The Chiefs aren't Yahoo Sports.

Compensation for Peters will tell us how good Veach is.

Peters led the league in int's as well as passes defensed for the last 3 years. Cornerbacks of this quality come around once a decade.

He's 25 , was a 1st rd pick and played above that level.

He's worth 2 1st rd picks minimum.

There is no evidence to suggest that Fuller will suffer from the Peter Principle.

kcpasco 02-23-2018 06:04 PM

Let’s say Fuller does stay in the slot. That leaves Amerson and Mitchell outside. JFC kill me.

Nah.

His talent is worth two 1sts and then some. But his attitude drops that down to mid rounders.

We aren’t going to get much.

Nick Athan folks ....

The people who are "going nuts waiting to find out what we got" make me laugh.

There is nothing that the Rams could possibly give us, draft pick wise, that will make this a good trade for us.

Steven Nelson is still on the team, Mitchell is not.

Chiefs wanted someone who would hug gramps instead of yelling at him. **** this franchise, and **** you Bob.

Simplicity 02-23-2018 06:05 PM

Odds of Chiefs not getting anything in return and they are saying compensation will be stated later praying that their miserable fans will forget about the whole situation?

RealSNR 02-23-2018 06:06 PM

Oh, and the Rams don't have a 2nd round pick either, guys.

Earliest we can get is #87 overall. Plus all the other ****ing trash picks they might have.

Another 3rd round pick. Oh ****ing joy. You'll excuse me if I don't get a 4-hour erection over this.

Fish 02-23-2018 06:06 PM

Steven Nelson is now the top Chiefs CB with any knowledge of the defensive system. [shudder]

Hope our real starters are fast learners...

Chief Roundup 02-23-2018 06:06 PM

We will probably never know the "real" story behind this move.
Like everyone else I sure hope this "package of picks" we get has at least their 1st this year. If it does not then this trade did not return us even close to the proper value.
Hopefully we don't have to wait to much longer for the reveal of what we got in return.
