At least the Lakers won’t have to fear for their lives after the game

Reaves is the new Kobe.

dirk digler 04-16-2023 03:26 PM

Lol these young Lakers are pretty good. Carried by Reaves and Hachimora

KC_Connection 04-16-2023 03:30 PM

What a win for LeBron. The title is in sight with Reaves playing like this.

That's a Sooner!

Correct, great addition here.

WilliamTheIrish 04-16-2023 03:33 PM

Reaves kind of has the Cameron Frye (Ferris Buehler) vibe

WilliamTheIrish 04-16-2023 03:35 PM

Not a big Laker guy, but that was a really fun game to watch.

Lebron might Robert Parrish his way to an end of career title.

Like I said when KCC and Lebron were busy quitting - once they got rid of Westbrook and Beverly, this was a fun team that was suddenly pretty easy to root for.

Glad they believed it as well and didn't fold up their tents like SOME folks expected them to.

One can only hope though I don't think Parrish was putting up too many 21-11-5-2-3 playoff lines like LeBron today at that age.

I don't know how many more games like that Jaren Jackson has in him.

If Morant broke his hand, this thing MIGHT go 5.

No chance of winning

If Vegas doesn't have the Lakers no worse than the 4th most likely team to win the championship tomorrow, they're doing it wrong.

It's a good team and when Davis is out there challenging shots em route to 7 blocks like that, they are just a damn tough out. Rui and Reaves hitting from deep and both guys CAN do that routinely and Reaves adds that bizarro Iverson stuff in the lane. Russell playing smart and tough. James being James. Schroeder to step in when D-Lo is lost (and it'll happen), Vanderbilt to do thankless off ball stuff. Bambo to absorb a few fouls/minutes. Beasley to...shit I dunno. I don't get anyones fascination with that guy. Not a fan.

But it's a good team and again - it just wasn't hard to see what it could be even when James got hurt.

You just had to pull your head out of LBJs crotch long enough to notice.
