Agreed. He should come in at a reasonable price and be motivated. He showed some promise of being a nice rotational guy at worst. Hindsight says the Chiefs should’ve spent more to keep Ogbah around and let go of Okafor, although retaining Okafor is far cheaper this year than it was last.

After the teams with $$$ spend there will be a lot of talented veterans looking for a team. That's when we can make some great moves as the advantage is to KC at that point.

If a guy is going to have to wait till next year for a long term deal why not ring chase with Mahomes and company?
