It won't let me embed but check THIS...

South Africa def. France 3-0
Uruguay def. Mexico 2-0

South Africa would go through.

Buck 06-20-2010 08:41 PM

Wow that is blatant cheating.

That Spain/Korea game in 2002 was such a ****ing abortion, I almost quit watching it ready to swear that World Cup off at that point in time.

Thats a shame man, imagine what could have been. That makes me hate South Koreas team. They knew they could get away with that shit.

I do not know much about the game of Soccer, but that video of South Korea's run in 02' was pretty bad. They KNEW they could get away with what they were doing, and the refs were flat out screwing the other team.

Unbelievable. Some of those calls were the equivalent to calling pass interference on a running play.

I would shit my pants. My favorite team taking an American? Un-****ing-heard of.

Won't happen, though.

I grew up idolizing Ruud Gullit and Marco van Basten, so my heart always belongs to the Dutch. It's a shame they always choke in the quarters, though, and I'm not expecting anything different this time around. /sigh

P.S. When I saw the legend being one of the analysts for ESPN's WC coverage, I JIMPed.

Ives Galarcep: "USA player to Arsenal. Book it"

Obviously I have no inside info on this but Ives isn't one to throw crap around. Could be interesting.

Silock 06-21-2010 12:29 AM

I know, but I still don't buy it.

Soccer games on at 6am = unwatchable. I kinda like soccer too. They should be replayed but Fifa or Espn don't want to unless it's a 1 am in the morning. lol.
