No. It isn't.
Mahomes' roster bonus will get converted if needed.
Clark will get adjusted. Hill will get extended and have his number lowered.
The Chiefs are not going to be in a position where they're in trouble against the cap.
I also doubt it ONLY goes up $10M from this year, considering the TV deals getting finalized and the likelihood of huge bouncebacks in stadium revenue.
