You lost me right there.

I get that the Pats' defense is filled with JV guys right now.

But it seems pretty clear to me that this offense would be just fine behind a good QB. What's a shame is that Palko does a lot of the right things. He's just not talented.

But it got me thinking... Palko is clearly calling a lot of his own plays. He's doing his own no-huddle. Seems pretty clear to me that this kid, who's sat on the bench for years, knows how to manage an offense a hell of a lot better than the guy who's done it for 3 years.

Playing in college helps. Who knew?

Hey... I hear you. Rooting for the Pats to lose this game so the Oakland record will be even with them. Its a playoff seeding thing. We playoff contenders - we're like that.

The same playoff contenders that we shut out 28-0. shut your pie hole son.

This would have been a fantastic game to give Stanzi his first start.

Don't really agree. Palko has slid in nicely, in terms of operating the offense seamlessly.

I like Stanzi's potential, but he's going to be rough out the gate. I think you put Stanzi in now, you're basically telling your team the season's over. Even if it probably is, you don't want to say it that clearly. But man do I hope Stanzi is our guy in the last few games of the season.

Let Palko throw the f'n ball.

No joke. None of the AFC West teams are worthy of a playoff spot.

Naaaaa, they're on with NFL-control getting their orders for whom to F*** on the Chiefs side in the 2nd half.

I hope Hali just lays into them! If not him, let the golfer go 9-iron on them!!!

Yep, i'm sure Pioli has the ear of some poobahs at NFL headquarters, he needs to twist those ears & get this team atleast a minimal level of respect.

Every stinking game our guys get raped consistently, its a ****ing joke.

Yeah, we are the NFC West of last year

If Suckass Tyler Palko can look this mildly competent, you again wonder if this team is capable of objectively evaluating Matt Cassel.

jd1020 11-21-2011 09:17 PM

I don't see much difference between Palko and Cassel other than the left vs right thing.

Still holding on to the ball for too long taking a sack.

Still high throws.

Still behind throws getting intercepted.

Same shit, different QB.

Not surprised to see Romeo's defense giving the Pats fits. All our former coordinators tend to do that. Romeo definitely did it in Cleveland. Mangini. Rob Ryan. *sigh*

Sometimes Brady and the Pats get things fairly well figured out by halftime/early 3rd quarter. Very much saw that with the Cowboys earlier this year. We'll see.
