The Chiefs don't need to replace every piece that needs replacing in one off-season. Replacing an ILB, finding a space eating 5 tech, and a safety to play next to Berry is a pretty attainable thing when you are picking in the top of the draft in each round and have a lot of cap space.

And yet we have SEVERAL reports, some as late as today, that Pioli was running ALL KINDS of things on the business side.

Did you know that Chiefs employees were "encouraged" by Pioli to use black and white copies instead of color?

Pioli is/was running EVERYTHING at Arrowhead. THAT is the reason why he NEEDS to be fired.
