GME going back to 50. Get ready to pull the trigger.
|
GME is scary man. I ain't touching that with a ten foot pole.
|
Sell your GME and throw it into for the next couple of hours AMC. :-)
|
33,000,000 shares traded and there are only 50 million available. Crazy stuff. Don't own and wouldn't, but it's fun watching the battle of billions$.

Bear Trap brought in a lot of retail investors who bought the small rally and now are getting hammered.
|
|
I dont have any GME, but wow...that thing never dies.
I wish AMC would do the same.... |
This is really interesting. The big boys are pushing gme higher. $185 now on nearly 100 million shares traded today (noon KC time).
|
I bet you all are seeing red!!!!!

I think the cork fell out [of AMC]...

Let's see if AMC can pull this off two days in a row....I am skeptical.

$30 billion in GME stock traded since yesterday. The story on the main networks is about Reddit, etc.. What morons.
|
if all these idiots buying a shitty brick and mortar game store stock would just buy a real company like cciv we could all be millionaires

GME getting ****ED LMAO

Petition to delist Gamestop down to the pink sheets.
We were having a nice orderly rotation, then this dumb thing 5x's in an hour so of trading and the whole market sells off hard again. :cuss: |
The best stonk I've had in the last year was VIAC.
Invest in real companies. |
PLUG is hurting me. I am still up 250 percent on it but not 500 percent like at the peak. Long hold for me.

Some guy on Reddit tried to buy $50k worth of GME at close but fat-fingered it and bought GMED instead.

He's up 8% LMAO

CCIV people...apparently the recent drop is from a coordinated hedgie short.

The estimated amount of GME stock required to cover option expiration above an $80 strike price tomorrow is 5 to 7 million shares. If it's over $100 it's closer to 15 million.
The big boys better start pounding the price. The problem is there are only about 30 million shares in play. That's why GME is SO different from AMC. This is going to be fun to watch. No dog in this race, but I'll be watching every move. |

Advisors. They got this specific info from the options world. It's all public info if you know where to look. I rely on them for a lot of things, but not GME. This was just an inquiry I made. Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, etc.. are a good source of option info. |
Multiply open interest by 100 as each option represents 100 shares.

I wish I understood this whole Reddit thing. There must be some people with deep pockets involved, along with market makers/insiders. It's just weird.

Numbers of what? Individual investors? That doesn't work. |

Reddit is legion. |

Nonsense. There could be 10,000 committed investors on Reddit that couldn't hold a candle to a small hedge fund. There's more to this than numbers. |
AMC and GME are both ****ing losers.
No matter what happens, I'm glad I stayed far away from that shit. |
Quote:
The hedge funds might not even be ****ing with them. |

GME has moved way beyond individual investing. It's about manipulation and which big market maker gets it up the ass. I think it's hilarious. |
Stewie is correct. Please listen to him.

the big boys pump and dump too huh LMAO

During peak hours on big gain days there have been over 6 MILLION people online browsing/participating in the GME thread. And that's just Reddit, you still have Yahoo Finance, MooMoo and Twitter with absurd numbers as well. |
There's more male fantasy in this thread than in the Gracie Hunt thread.

Thinking about this. If I were GME management, I'd issue new stock at these levels.
Why not? Lots of buyers out there. A million shares would bring in $100 million. Hell, $30 billion has been traded in two days. Money to reshape the company. Just a thought. |
I seriously see no way Gamestop has any form of a future. It's Blockbuster Video part 2. Unless they create a significantly unique and rich in-person experience that they can monetize, they're done. Even used games will dry up once the market goes full streaming. the developers have NO reason to support retail or disc-based games. They don't make money from resale so they are happy to watch it die.
|

Quote:
I think, and I'm no GME expert, but I think they want to go all in on online gaming, sales, etc.. No retail stores, used games, etc.. |
There's no reason for anyone to buy from an online Gamestop platform. Steam and Origin already dominate that market.
Gamestop is ****ed. |
