Yes. Let's hope something happens with Trent. We could use a 4th.

I actually think Tyler was a bit of a steal, his talent projects him higher than he got picked.

This is the best I have felt about our first day in a long time.

Maybe a bit, but they excel in different areas. From what little I know about them, they're basically opposites.

The big talented guy who gets knocked for not working hard enough, and the guy with the cliche'd "motor" who's a bit undersized. Hopefully they'll compliment one another... and if not... surely one of them will work out. (Which would fill a huge need)

Filled some obvious needs with solid players in the first and second round. Selected an obviously talented, possibly problematic, player in the third round who could end up being a steal if he gets his head right (and is not a huge loss as a late 3rd rounder).


note to DV: take risks on players late in the 3rd and 4th round.
