Since it looks like we are cleaning house, here is my list of coaches i hope we pursue. First off let me say the hell with Bill Cowher, we need someone that is a up and comer and totally is outsider from the chiefs organization.

1. Jim Schwartz - DC, Tennessee Titans
2. Josh McDaniels -OC for the patriots
3. Lane Kiffin
4. Ron Riveria -DC for the chargers
5. Rex Ryan -DC for the Ravens

No way on Rex Ryan. He will never be a good head coach. I would take him as DC.

Schwartz would be my pick.

The league is evolving...it is a PASSING league. Look what Zorn has done for Washington...

Give me someone like Jason Garrett please.

I'd love to get Garrett, but I don't think he would take the Chiefs HC job over his current position.

Yea, hes not leaving dallas, because that job is his. Or else he would have prolly been number 1 on my list.

where is the Al Saunders option :jester:

I want someone like Sean Payton...that's all I'm saying.

I don't want another DC...I don't want another conservative coach. I guess out of that list, give me McDaniels.

I want a defensive minded guy who doesnt forget about offense. He knows to hire a bright OC guy to handle the O.

There are strong rumors that Jerry Jones is going to reach out to Jimmy Johnson after this year to be the Cowboys HC again.

If that's the case, there is no way Garrett sticks around after he basically stayed to get the HC job eventually (hello Al Saunders).

He might be available to be had.

This team needs an offensive minded HC, and then a strong D coordinator.

I do not want McDaniels. Without Brady, the guy calls awful games.
Lane Kiffin is going back to college.
And the other 3 don't thrill me either.
