FA Pickup WR Taurus Johnson

This guy looks like he has some real talent. His stats don't show what the highlights do, but everything I've read seems to peg him as a good kid, and a hard worker. You can tell that he doesn't have blazing speed by any means, but some of these highlights are amazing no matter what level.

He has two highlight films, and I would say he has a chance to stick.

You should never name your kid after the car he was conceived in...

That's kind of what I thought when I saw his name...

better than "craphonso"!

Very nice. Not afraid to go over the middle, I never saw him step out of bounds once. Catches in traffic very well. Good yards after the catch. I like what I see.

You look at those highlights and say, "man...how many yards did this kid rack up?" But then you pull it up, and he accumulated more than 500 receiving yards.

The one thing I do like about him is that he doesn't mind going over the middle, and they even highlight his blocking downfield on a couple of plays.

Who says we need Anquan Boldin?

I had forgotten how much I hate Matt Groethe

He looks good to me. Looks like he uses his hands well, catching the ball.

Watched him plenty of times on TV and once in person at a KU game. The kid is a straight baller. I think he is going to make a very good NFL WR. I have absolutely NOOO clue why he wasn't drafted. I'm just extremely happy he is coming into KC and not elsewhere.

We need to bring back Sippio to coach this kid up to full potential.

Awesome. It looks like we found the next Maurice Price!

My first thought was Sippio too.
