Hey all,

I'll keep this short and sweet, I've relapsed and I really would like to ask of the CP community to pray for me. Not trying to whore, but; I could really use some thoughts and prayers. :)

Then man the fuck up and don't drink anymore. We all fight some sort of addictions. Mine is/was chewing tobacco. I could literally eat that shit, I love it so much. You have to really want to stop or it won't work.

I had a great uncle who drank himself to death and left a family behind. My mom remembers going to their house and watching him shake on the couch. Uncle Eddy didn't have the options we are fortunate to have today. There are support groups of all kinds, books of all kinds, and other outlets that do a lot of good for people who want to beat it.

Yes, Simply Red, you are in my thoughts and I will pray for you. An addiction like this is a great test of the Cardinal Virtues. It takes wisdom to seek help, courage to fight, and temperance, a fight against the desires, to overcome. I pray the Virtues never fade far from your sight.
