Enberg's Final Game: Chiefs & Donks
http://www.sanluisobispo.com/enterta...ry/974548.html
Enberg's farewell CBS' Dick Enberg, who turns 75 later this month, signs off from his storied NFL broadcasting career with Sunday's Kansas City Chiefs-Denver Broncos game. It should be noted that during Enberg's NBC days, he was the play-by-play voice of all three Cowboys Super Bowl victories of the 1990s. CBS' Ray Scott called the Super Bowl VI victory with Pat Summerall working as the analyst. Summerall called the Super Bowl XII victory with Tom Brookshier in the analyst seat. Come next baseball season, Enberg will be the television voice of the San Diego Padres. |
Oh, my.

Dick Enberg, in his heyday, was the best.

It's definitely time for him to go. I was permanently scarred by the "Oh-my" on the Chargers' long snapper. |
Oh my.

I wonder if Tim Cassel will catch a pass from Matt Castille.

I hope they show lots of shots of Enberg. I want to see him quivering with old man shakes.

Hate to sound like an ass, but it sucks we have to suffer through one more game with him trying to announce.

Sad to see the great ones age and fade away.
