I'm happy to report (with a hat tip to Red N Gold Beast and KCALLTHEWAY), that McCluster has indeed won the NFL Rookie of the Week award. Voters on NFL.com have made their choice. Wide receiver-punt returner Dexter McCluster of the Kansas City Chiefs is the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for games played on September 9-13, the NFL announced on Friday. Something tells me that this won't be the last Player/Rookie of the Week award McCluster will win. Thank you for voting AP! |
hopefully the first of many honors!

Good stuff, I feel like I've seen that return 100 times this week. Oh well, bout to go fire up the DVR for NFL Replay...

Although I've got to admit I think I'm getting a little tired of Len. But Nessler was great, even with Dilfer in the booth with him. |

I think Dilfer might have to take a week off. He strained his tonsils while sucking Cassel off on Monday. |
I said before the year that he and Berry would be finalists for the OROY and DROY awards and I bet that holds true.
|
yeah won't be the last time

Nice - good for him.
