GloryDayz 11-07-2010 09:25 PM

I sure hope so! JFC, we're going to need his speed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If he has a high ankle sprain (which is what reports indicate) he should be back next week or the week after.

I wouldn't be disappointed if he didn't play next week and came back for the Arizona game.

Those high ankle sprains can become problematic if they aren't handled correctly.

Its a serious injury, especially for a player like DMC that makes sharp, unrealistic cuts that put tons of stress on that part of the leg.

I hope they wait till its fully healed before getting him back on the field

I think they are being very conservative about not playing him b/c of his injury and quite frankly I think no one on our staff is being unrealistic about what we can do this year as a team. they are gearing up for next year when we can add more quality players to our roster. we are what we are right now. we are getting better each week, but we are not a Super Bowl team. we might be next year.

If they need McCluster to beat Denver, then I'll be prepared to say this team isn't very good.

LaChapelle 11-07-2010 09:46 PM

Arenas will be happy to see him back

DomerNKC 11-07-2010 10:01 PM

we really can only expect him to play in half the games. He is too small and these injuries will plague him for his whole career. I know we could have really used him the last couple of games.

Bwana 11-07-2010 10:41 PM

I hope so, we sure missed him today.

Mr. Flopnuts 11-07-2010 10:41 PM

If he doesn't play, we win! It's ****ing Denver.

Yeah... considering he touched the ball 40 times a game in the SEC and only suffered from one injury his freshman year. I think he can handle 10 touches in the NFL without falling apart.

This is not college. I think the kid has lots of talent, but we needed him the last two weeks and he is hurt. In a limited role at the NFL level he has made it 6 games.

BigMeatballDave 11-08-2010 08:53 AM

This is why I hate Matt Cassel as our QB. He's not good enough to overcome the absence of a rookie WR. How ****ing pathetic can you get?
