Say he progresses and shows what he showed last year but more consistently and improves. we still don't know that won't happen. my cassel deadline ends the last game next season

I'll take Colin Kaepernick just for the fact he can throw the ball beyond 30 yards.

Not necessarily. Pioli's contract expires after the 2013 season.

There's still a good chance that Cassel could be here in 2015, though.

I believe it was Hamas who first posed the scenario in which the Chiefs and Cassel comfortably settle into mediocrity, thereby ensuring he is not cut or traded.

i actually see this as the most possible of scenarios.
barring injury or such.
i've always been on the fence with castle myself. always hoping for the best, but really expecting what all chiefs fans expect in the end.

it is such a hard life (as a chiefs fan).

They cant cut Croyle.....he would make a solid 3rd String QB. Best in the league.

Not really. He isn't even mediocre.

What a depressing time that was a few years back. Croyle and Thigpen. "Let's see what he can do!" No. Go away Croyle, and good luck. Wash that chapter away.

ROFL you on the crack pipe?

The same family that kept Jack Steadman in power 10 years after he was clearly out of his league.

The same family that kept King Carl 10 years after Marty left and nothing to show for that loyalty?
