On paper Dorsey is above Reid, but who's REALLY in charge?

If anything Reid should be firing Dorsey for giving him This terrible OL and WR's to work with.

This has been discussed Ad Naseam around here. Hunt made it clear from day one that both Reid and Dorsey answer to him not to each other.
