Apparently, the ring ceremony is early enough prior to first pitch that the Mets aren't forced to watch if they don't want to. I'd strap them down like Clockwork Orange.

Seems reasonable to me that the Mets would kneel and smile respectfully during the ceremony. And Noah could really bury the hatchet by kissing Escobar's ring once presented.
