Fast Food and Restaurant advice
 

I shall be coming over to your glorious country in 4 weeks time (Florida). I see so many adverts watching Football of great looking Fast food and dine out places I don't know where to start.

For the record the following US Brands have found their way over to the UK and are established.


Burgers

Macdonalds
Burger King

Pizza

Dominoes
Papa Johns
Pizza Hut

Chicken

KFC


So I will avoid these places and be looking to new places to eat out can you give me any recommendations? Little Caesars and Sonic are on the list so far?

Do not waste your time or money with Little Ceasers. Seriously.

No fast food period. Fresh seafood.

If you're going to be in Florida, then you probably have to go to Waffle House once.

Burgers: Red Robin

Chicken: Chik-Fil-A

Mexican: Chipotole

Breakfast: Cracker Barrell


For fish you DO NOT want to eat in any fast food restaurant. Fresh fish places all over. Use Yelp.

Florida. Try Checkers they have decent fries and i am not a fan of fries.

Those places you listed are all horrible. If you must try name brand places go to a bar-and-grill type franchise instead. But you'll be better off going to local no name places that use local ingredients.

What part of Florida are you going to? All of those national chains listed are pretty terrible, except for maybe Sonic.

Whataburger is decent fast food if you're dead set on fast food.

I expect NOTHING LESS!!

Are you trying to get a sense of the fast food experience specifically?
Are you simply looking for reasonably priced chains that have awesome food?
Are you trying to get a handle on what America consumes in the most massive quantities?
What exactly are you looking to experience?

Sonic is good depending on the franchise.
