Will Orlando Brown Jr show up to camp on time?

Do you think obj will show up to camp or will he hold out into the season?

You're missing an option.

C: He won't show up to camp on time, nor will he hold out into the season.

Who cares

This is what's likely...

At some point it becomes a number's game....if he were to pull a Bell and sit out. He's lost $16 million...which is $3.2 million a season over 5 years so it's essentially a break even scenario...it also puts him a year later into getting to his 3rd contract.

He doesn't deserve to get paid like a top LT right now...he isnt one. They will work it out...there is $100+ million on the table. I dont think taking nothing, sitting around for a year then hoping for something better is the play.

Kiimo 07-15-2022 05:33 PM

I'd be shocked if he showed up on time. What in his past has ever said that this is a guy who will work out if it isn't 100% required

TribalElder 07-15-2022 05:37 PM

I’m guessing he doesn’t show up until the season starts at which time he will be out of shape and a liability to put on the field

IowaHawkeyeChief 07-15-2022 05:55 PM

He's taking a big risk and bet on himself. If he was smart, he would show up on time, in shape, and try to have the best year of his career. However, I voted for the second option. Hell, it's not even like camp is a grind anymore.

He'll show up a week before reg season starts.

One of the top 90’s movies when they somehow found a way to do action movies without a Super Hero in it.

I dunno, but espn said the Chiefs offered him 6 years $139 mill and that wasn't enough? **** this guy because that's really a lot for him.

He was scared because there wasn't enough guaranteed dollars over the years. That to me sounds like he knows his play is going to go down hill or he is going to be lazy and suck at his position in the years to come. Why the **** wouldn't he bet on himself, this was probably his plan all along. Probably ****ed himself like Leveon Bell

Red Dawg 07-15-2022 06:35 PM

Greedy **** to pass on 65 mil. He came here fat after we gave him what he wanted. He wanted to play here and LT but now he wants to screw us over a few mil. What exactly can he buy with 71 that he can't with 65?

ya you gotta be careful with these types. We've been burned a few times on huge contracts and then their play just goes downhill. Justin Houston, Frank Clark are probably the most recent examples.

Eric Berrys last deal also comes to mind
