Mel Kiper's Final Mock
I can't access it but he has the Rams at 31 taking Hendon Hooker. Anyone have access that can see what we got?
|
I looked at it a while ago but I don't think it said anything about what we got
|
The Rams own pick No. 36, and there has been some buzz about their interest in a quarterback in this class. Matthew Stafford has dealt with a couple of serious injuries. Could they make a trade up five spots?
I don't think it would take that much, although they don't have a fourth-round pick in this draft. Maybe it would involve No. 36 plus a couple of Day 3 picks, or a third-rounder in next year's draft. For the Chiefs, with the top edge rushers off the board, they don't have to force a pick at No. 31. |

I'd do if for a 3rd round pick at minimum, even if it's just next years.
A day 3 pick, or combination of them, isn't worth losing the 5th year option. |

I think that might work out fine. |

63 77 95 Assuming they sent us 77 to move up from 36 to 31. |
That wouldn't be awful. I dunno, I'm ok either way on it.

You could also take that pick and trade it for Hopkins and not be out anything.
