Who do we want to play next?
 

What's the easiest path to the AFC Championship Game, Houston at home or Buffalo on the road? Who is everyone rooting for tomorrow (or Tuesday if delayed again)? I would do a poll but too computer illiterate to set it up.

I think I want Houston and that might be crazy.

Avoid Texans, they are extremely dangerous right now

I just can’t fathom being able to stand an offseason of insufferable bills fans if they win. Although I think they are probably the worst team on their worst day and the better team on their best day. Depends on what bills team you get but we were right there with them at home.

I’m pretty close to a push between the Bills on short rest on the road versus the Texans at home.

If the Bills game gets delayed to Tuesday, then I’ll definitely prefer the Bills.

We want a home game.

The bills don’t seem like the team they once were and they barely scraped into the post season. Bills are “hot” in a sense, but I think the Texans are more dangerous.

Do you think the league will push the Bills' divisional round game to Monday night if they don't play til Tuesday? Provided they win, of course?

Nothing would make me happier to see the Bills lose this week, the Ravens next week, and the Chiefs beat the Texans (obviously)

Want the Texans for the home game, but I think the only way we can host the AFCCG is by beating Buffalo on the road next week. I don’t see Pittsburgh beating Buffalo and Baltimore on the road, but I could see Houston beating Baltimore.

Houston might be more dangerous. I think their OC & QB have an advantage on the league right now. DC’s have not had enough game tape and time to figure out the playcalling tendencies of this new OC. There is a risk against Houston that Spags would not have the answers to slow down Slowik & Stroud.

Spags is already very aware of how to slow down Buffalo’s offense. But the flip side is that Buffalo seems to be a much stronger team in their home stadium, so maybe you want to avoid that scenario.

Yeah, now that I think about it, I bet you’re right.

So basically, if the Bills game gets delayed to Tuesday, the Steelers winning would be even better because then we’d get a home playoff game and they’d probably make Ravens/Steelers play on Monday, which would give the winner a short week for the AFCCG.

Otherwise, it’s the Chiefs who would lose a day of rest ahead of the AFCCG.
