Exactly. I'm thinking it looks like 58 but is really 52 or something...

Ultra Peanut 10-09-2004 03:02 AM

Oh for (. x. )(. x. )(. x. )(. x. )'s sake, guys, it's obviously Brian Waters.

Actually, he's a really cool guy. If Caver is 52 I'm glad to have the auto.... :)

Well thats cool then....i just meant that hes not likely to be a "Hall of Famer" or anything.....Unless he does some sort of Priest like resurrection of his career?

Well, I don't collect for value or selling anyway. My Barry Word and Steve Deberg autos probalby won't land me millions on ebay either....

tk13 10-09-2004 03:08 AM

Gotta be Brian Waters... the # looks like 54 and he dotted the "I" in Brian and the first letter of the last name looks like a W to me...

That'd be sweet to. Watters reminds me a lot of Shields (my favorite Chief.) He's a solid blocker and dependable lineman who came out of nowhere....

Barry Word...I wonder whatever happened to that guy? Didnt he play for the Vikings a few season after he left KC? BTW...how come Okoye never played for another team after KC? Surely he had a little gas left in the tank?

Ultra Peanut 10-09-2004 03:11 AM

From what Okoye says, he didn't want to...

Rausch 10-09-2004 03:23 AM

While we're at it, who's no 21/26?

I don't know where you guys are coming up with 52 or 54 at. The 2nd number is definately a 8. Have you considered that it also could be #38?

alanm 10-09-2004 03:33 AM

OK I really don't claim to be a leading forensics expert on handwriting. But I now see where it may also be a 4. But with that big of a loop on the bottom of the 2nd number I still tend to think that it's a 8.

Phobia 10-09-2004 03:38 AM

Kris Wilson?

What was his # in preseason?

1) Think about that for a second.
2) DBs can only wear numbers including and between 20 and 49.
3) Willie Pile wears #35.

Phobia 10-09-2004 03:58 AM

After 17 years of working for lawyers, I've gotten to be an expert in shitty handwriting.

IMO, it's Kris Wilson.

Rausch,i just went through the 2004 yearbook and matched up possible #'s with possible players. And looked at a couple of autographs i have aswell.

If you look at the first name there is with the I in it.

with all possible name # combos the only legit one is Brian waters.I would bet the Bank its his.

CrazyHorse 10-09-2004 08:10 AM

It is Brian Waters.

I have the same signature on a hat.

ROYC75 10-09-2004 08:50 AM

# 58 is not used anymore.... but it does look more like an 8 than a 4.....

What about a 34 for the # ? Or 38 ?

The sig could be a Wilson or Watters.....

Why can't people write it plain so you can read it .
