Well ... the roads F'n suck, that's for sure.
Normally it takes me about 55 minutes to get home from work. So far, we haven't had much snow but what has fallen has really screwed up traffic.
It took me an hour and 45 minutes to get home. Mind you, I left work early to avoid rush hour. :cuss: I'd hate to think how long it would have taken me to get home had I not left early. The radio is chalked full of accident reports, complete with overturned vehicles. I can't wait to see what tomorrow morning brings if the 4 - 8 inches of snow prediction comes to fruition. :banghead: |
got some crazy little drivers there, and i'm gonna get me one...
|
Yeah - I've been out a couple times today. It's pretty crazy.
|
Indeed. Take extra care getting home, Planeteers.

You all suck :cuss:
All the fuqtards that can't wait in line, and then expect people to let you in.... all the people that let the fuqtards in..... all the people that would rather sit in the middle of an intersection instead of waiting one more f**king light... all the people that don't know how to f**king drive their g**damn cars, trucks, SUVs, and boats because there's a few snowflakes on the ground.... whoever it was that told me it would be sunny the rest of the week after a cloudy Monday.... and anyone that lives anywhere where you don't have to put up with the same type of f***ing idiots on the road. :cuss: |

I moved up here from San Antonio about 2 years ago, damn I thought I was going to freeze to death in late fall, by winter I was daydreaming of being back in TX.
The low down on TX is its sooo damn hot in late spring. Oh well guess you can't have it all. I hate dreary gray winter. |

My first year down there we had twin tornados, scared the hell out of me, then it came a hail storm knocked all the car windows out of everything, even the cop cars were damaged. MY house looked like someone had taken a baseball bat and knocked holes all over the siding. I didn't like that part. |

I recommend Ends Ice ice remover. I put that stuff on my driveway, this afternoon, and heard the ice crackling. By far the coolest experience since I posted my 5000 post on chiefsplanet.

Too bad, sorry to hear about that kind of crap. |

On the snow topic, I made it home without too much trouble but hopefully this is winter's last gasp :shake: |

Wow... sorry to hear that... I've never heard anyone wanting to leave because of the people... we're supposed to be good people  |
I did finally get to use the hand-me-down snowblower my dad gave me. Took me longer to get the thing started then to do the driveway, but it was still sweet.
