Coach 04-15-2005 06:15 PM

That home plate ump is shitty.

beer bacon 04-15-2005 06:16 PM

How close are all these balls to strikes? They look really close on Gameday.

Bowser 04-15-2005 06:17 PM

Lima must have given that ump's daughter herpes......

They aren't balls. They are strikes that should be called. Even Pena is pissed about that they aren't being called.

That homeplate umpire is very very horrible. :shake:

Coach 04-15-2005 06:20 PM

Beautiful. 3 run homerun given up by Lima.

siberian khatru 04-15-2005 06:21 PM

Eat a dick, Jose.

Sure-Oz 04-15-2005 06:22 PM

Lima doesn't deserve to be starting, no way we come back from 5 down with this lineup!!! lord

Where's Kyle Snyder??? Gobble??? the future!

Sisco time! Believe it!

I think we should let Lima work his way out of his slump. He just got two fly outs in a row and there wasn't a homerun or even a triple inbetween them.

Gobble got hit for 10 runs in his last AAA start, I'm not sure want him anywhere near this club right now...

Lima needs to stay in till he reaches near 100 pitches, may as well ****ing let him raise that ERA.

alnorth 04-15-2005 06:26 PM

Good News: Ump has a postage-stamp strike zone for both teams, requireing both pitchers to groove em down the middle.

Bad News: That means this will be a slug-fest tonight and we suck at hitting.

If that is indeed, CB Bucknor, he's the worst umpire in the MLB, bar none.

Graf hits into a double play. GO ROYALS.

It'd either go over the backstop or dig under the plate.

Lima threw a strike.

Coach 04-15-2005 06:38 PM

Trust me, that's CB Bucknor, the worst umpire in the MLB IMHO.

He's very well known for tossing out managers/players over balls and strikes. That's what happened to Tony Pena in the first inning.

Ninjaman 04-15-2005 07:17 PM

It's about time for Berroa to do something.

Also Calvin Pickerings hits have been short of homers .
That also has hurt the offense in key times.
we are also hitting into double plays in key times.
