FOOD: What do you do when it's 10 degrees outside and you need BBQ?
Well... I need BBQ, and there's nothing in the 'Burg I care to eat. It's too cold to smoke.

I fired up the smoker Friday. Of course, it was 20 degrees warmer. But 30 was no picnic.

My mom will cut up some ribs, throw them and some BBQ sauce in a crock pot, and cook them that way. They actually come out pretty good.

Phob, I've smoked in 30-degree stuff too, but it's 17 degrees right now and the wind is killer.

slab of ribs on a broiler in the oven isn't too bad. Where do you live? there's got to be another bbq joint somewhere close by.
