NFL TV Coverage Maps Week 5
Week 5 Coverage Maps are out, you can find out more about them or get updates as some coverage areas will change HERE
Note from site: WEEK 5 SCHEDULING NOTE The Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings game presently scheduled for 12:00 PM CT (1:00 PM ET) on Sunday, October 8; will move to Monday, October 9 at 7:30 PM CT (8:30 PM ET); if the Minnesota-Oakland playoff baseball series goes to a deciding fifth game (which would be played on Sunday afternoon). Should this change happen, television arrangements for Monday have not been announced. We will not know for certain until the conclusion of Game 4 (if necessary) on Saturday at the latest. The Fox distribution map this week will assume the game will be played on Sunday as scheduled. If the game is moved, all areas currently scheduled to receive Lions-Vikings will get the St. Louis Rams-Green Bay Packers game instead. I never understand these coverage decisions.
Like, why would that on little area of Texas (Amarillo?) on the CBS map get the Miami-New England Game? No divisional interest or regional interest which other games would have. |
Thanks for posting these up. I cannot remember if it is you Stinger that does this every week or not, but thanks.
Sucks waiting till Friday sports page, nice to know a couple of days earlier. And ditto to the poster above, the coverage decisions are nothing short of baffling. |
They had mercy on the people of Washington, Oregon, and Alaska by not forcing them to watch the Oakland vs. San Fran game
|
Sweet. The Bears are on CBS opposite the Chiefs. No way in hell they'll show the Chiefs over that. No interference with my HD two weeks running now.
|
The games aren't that bad for me this week. Skins at Giants, Cowboys at Eagles, and Jets at Jags.
|
Gay.
|
YAY i get the skins/giants, jets/jags, bills/bears and cowboys/beagles
what horse shit like i wanna see the bears slap the bills |
I get to see Indy slaughter Tennessee and STL vs. GB. Exciting. TGFSC

http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/produ...&cm_keycode=92 or maybe your DTV box has one in it, in which case you just need to connect an aerial to it? |

Would this tuner work with my DVR? |
that suggests your DVR has a tuner in it already, and that the issue is that you're just in a shit spot for revieving the CBS affilliate. A different (more sensitive?) tuner might pick up the signal, the only way of knowing is by testing them. As for working with your DVR, i doubt it, youd have to use a separate input on your tv.

I would have to get an outside aerial antenna to pick up Channel 2 in HD. I can't do that because I live in a condo. I've been all through this. Until DTV comes out with a new dish which will pick up local channels AND be compatible with the DVR, I'm just shit outta luck. Although I've been told that this will happen next year (right after football season ends, I'm sure :# ). |

I'll be at the mercy of the game-streaming soothsayers of Chiefsplanet.

I shouldn't have cancelled my Sunday ticket. This is the second week in a row I'll have to go to the bar to watch the game. Screw the Bears.

Thank you, Lord! I'm going to Phoenix this 3-day weekend which means I'll be out of the target area of the greatly overhyped "Mr. T.O. Returns To Philly" crap!
