I was listening to Sirius NFL radio this morning on the way to work, they mentioned that Cowher would come back to the NFL, which we all knew.

But they also mentioned that there is a possibility that he might be coaching next year?

Should Carl and Clark make a run at him now? offer the Farm? Should Clark make a run at him in 08 and offer him Carl and Herms jobs, minus the business aspects of it???

Something needs to happen. This organization is swirling the toliet right now, We need a plugger the side of arrowhead to flush it out.

I would love to see Cowher coach the Chiefs. That being said I don't think it will happen because Herm is in Carl's "circle".

Whats the love fest with Cowher, he choked as many times as Marty and got lucky the officals gave them the Super Bowl last year.

No kidding, Cowher didn't even "win" a Super Bowl. They showed up in Detroit to pick up the one that was giftwrapped for them by the officials.

What would happen to Herm, if Clark gave everyone their wish, and fired Carl?

Doesn't his family live in North Carolina now? I think the Panthers would gladly get rid of John Fox for Cowher next year.

But if the Chiefs ask him, he will step right over Herm's body & take the job

So, DV loses one SB, burns out and takes 15 years off, comes back and wins an uber-close SB, then does nothing for us, but he's "the guy with the ring."
Cowher goes to the playoffs, time after time, goes to the SB early in his career and loses, goes back last year and wins, and he's 'that lucky ducky who just happened to be standing on the sidelines when the SB 'happened.''

I know! That's why I was so pissed that we couldn't keep DV 1 more year. Was hoping for Fisher in Ten. but things have turned around for them. Now Cowher is available and will be coaching the Dolphins!
