saw it last night and loved it. i'll admit though, it did feel lacking. we've been waiting for this movie for over a year and half... the 20 minute cutscenes they supposedly cut out from the movie (that was aired at the end of season 3) was more amusing to me.
still - lol that ****ing insanoflex song had me rolling. brilliant

i saw that thousands of years ago before the future became the past.

the movie snack thrash metal intro was badass too

yeah it was ****ing hilarious.

cut you with a linulium knife? yeah, the only thing that detracted from the beauty of that scene was the kids sitting to my left that felt the need to laugh and repeat every line of the song.

actually, I thought that intro was the funniest part....the movie didn't really work for me...ATHF is much better in 15 minute blasts....no where near as funny as the South Park movie, imho....

much better in 15 min blasts, but did you notice, it was pretty much a series of episodes that actually ran together for once.

If you have heard the media lately- they have switched to making fun of Rush fans (as Geeks) instead of making fun of the band. Even Rolling Stoned mag mentions them as a guilty pleasure. You just can't deny they are the best at their craft.

Geddy is taking over the baseball world with interviews on ESPN (two) and then in the Sporting News. The man knows his stuff about baseball and has a collection I would love to have. Not to mention the highly successful commercial he did with ESPN.

When other bands like Kiss, Stones, and Aerosmith- are assraping the fans on ticket prices without putting anything good out. Rush has the best selling tickets right now and is putting out their best music in years!!

Damn....it looks like I"ll be going by myself because noone that I know wants to go see this movie.

Sidenote.....I just got back from Grindhouse....and loved it!

I don't hate Rush, or their fans. I just don't think they're the best band ever. It's mostly about giving you a hard time.
