I never understand the people who hate Herm but like Cowher. They're both Marty clones, so they have very similar approaches to the game. Not to mention that it took Cowher 14 years with the same club to get to the big game.

Dude, you could tell last year. The Steelers played like a team that was completely satisfied by their Super Bowl win from the previous year. Cowher didn't give a shit and was ready to get out of there and dig his sand in the toes by November. I don't blame him. He'd been in the same job for 15 years and had finally achieved the pinnacle. When you throw in the fact that he had to deal with assclowns like Joey Porter and didn't have a very good relationship with his quarterback, it's not surprising.

Herm, on the other hand, stays up with Gunther 'til 3 AM on Friday nights designing blitzes. He's driven to succeed, even if he's driving with both hands on the wheel 10 MPH below the speed limit.
