I need a clarification. Are we really talking about nipples, or are we talking about areolae? My academic interests lie primarily with areolae.

I considered areolae options, Mr. Rain Man, but the poll became too complex. Big with large, petite with hubcap size, etc. I, therefore, made the executive-level decision to run with nipples only.

It was the best I could do in a pinch.

Understandable. It's a complex issue. You've got color, shape, size, proportional size, direction, puffiness, perkiness, and many other things to consider. No one could capture all of that in one poll. No one.

Actually, you're far too modest, Mr. Rain Man. I'm certain you could have accomplished the task. In my case, however, I could have used some tips.

No, no. I've studied this issue for years, and I feel like I'm no closer to a solution than I was back then. I just can't seem to get my arms around the topic. I can't grasp all of the points.

How about a "the ones poking me in the eye" option? Kinda like "all cats are grey in the dark" and "no such thing as bad, just some better than others". I think with some enhancement to the basis of this poll it could turn out amazing well.
