Finish college, then work at WalMart.

Bump 11-14-2007 10:43 PM

I say if you have a shot at produce quit college

milkman 11-14-2007 10:43 PM

In your case I think you should just work at Wal Mart, cause it doesn't look like college is working out all that well for you.

Yeah, cause there's no stress when you're living from paycheck to paycheck.

There is no ceiling to the amount of money you can earn at WalMart.

If you go to college and get a degree... you can only earn a little.

But if you don't go to school, and get a job at WalMart... you will get to work until your are 87, and die.

FAX 11-14-2007 11:04 PM

Board fees are the way to go, Mr. barry_smilez20. You do absolutely nothing except show up, smile, and thumb through some ridiculous, confusing papers and they send you money.

thanks dropping out is looking like an easy decision

RJ 11-14-2007 11:09 PM

Rather than quitting school and working in Wal Mart's produce department perhaps you could finish school and become the MANAGER of Wal Mart's produce department.

Hmmmmmm?

Obviously, you are not worthy of Walmart. Just get you a job a McDonalds, apply for your welfare check, knock up a couple of teenage girls and you'll be set for a few months.

have fun paying back the student loans. And welcome to a continuous lifecycle of mediocrity.

You will NEVER start school ever again. It will be over.

The quality of woman you will score will decrease.

Your lifes success hinges on this decision. Don't take it lightly.

Who cares about beers and shit? Big deal.

You better be good at sales, because if you have no degree, that is the career that you have the most earning potential.

That sounds familiar, but I really don't think the quality of women I scored decreased.

Um, yeah. School really screwed my earning potential.

I really miss those tiny paychecks I got making 6-10 an hour.

Do not **** up our future. Education is far too important. If it comes down to you teaching our children or you moving boxes and setting up display shelves, do the latter. You can coach on the side.

knowbody goes to school to be a teacher its to coach or get the 3 months off paid

RustShack 11-15-2007 12:18 AM

I'm in college, and I'm sick of it. I'm thinking about working construction or something the rest of my life. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I wouldn't ever work at that low paying Wal-Mart BS the rest of my life though. I would rather cook full time, because I'm a part time cook now.

Demonpenz 11-15-2007 12:43 AM

honestly me and bigwillie007 can tell you that school isn't all that. If you find something that pays well go for it you can always go back to school later

RustShack 11-15-2007 12:45 AM

School is over rated, just like Huard was.

I've thought it was Tomm Ca$h from the outset.

He's obviously a very bored individual, as evidenced as his threads and responses.

And again, he's taking advantage of nice people.

Clearly.

alanm 11-15-2007 01:01 AM

Drink your milk and stay in school. I hated school the first go round but managed to make it thru. Then worked a fed gov't job for 20. Now I'm semi retired at 50 and back in school again. Working toward my next degree and career. Besides at my age the co-eds look the same as they did 26 yrs ago but the instructors are easier to pick up. ROFL

If your talking about going to school or going to Wal-Mart, there is a pretty good chance your not going into any of those fields, or a big college. If you are going to college to be something that pays a lot, then don't drop out, and you probaly wouldn't want to either. Not everyone that graduates makes a lot of money, and you can get some better jobs, I just don't recoment Wal-Mart.

Demonpenz 11-15-2007 01:25 AM

The problem with working at walmart to buy beer is that this is the only beer you'll be able to afford.

http://40ouncebeer.com/extrapicts/generic.jpg

It'll still get you drunk...but it won't help you pick up the chicks...well if they can read.

Its a pretty well known, universal fact, that the top shelf women always choose the guy with the walmart Pay stub over the College grad.

Go watch the video "The High Cost of Low Prices", then ask yourself if that's the kind of company worth quitting school for.

kcfanXIII 11-15-2007 11:23 AM

my mom has worked at walmart for 20+ years, her pay is maxed unless she promotes to management. my sister has worked at walmart for 10 years or so, just took a promotion to ast. mgr. its not what you want to do for the rest of your life. and no, not everyone lives paycheck to paycheck. when you make enough to still have money left over when you get paid again, thats how you build a savings account, and eventually set yourself up for retirement. this could possibly be the dumbest question posed to the planet since "huard v croyle." but if you want to be like mediocre king carl, you can focus on now, and not worry about the future. we all know how thats worked out for him so far.
