The funny thing about all this is that, last week, Herm was talking about the need to "score more points", "score touchdowns", and "score to take the pressure off the team".

Then, when the damned fool has a chance to do just that, he folds faster than a Huard with a DT within eyesight. Strange. Almost Dora-like.

Actually, before things got all TWISTED, the team achieved almost perfect mediocrity last year.

points allowed-11th, yards allowed-15th

But things got all TWISTED this year. 30-29, 9-12.

Not really. More like we went from having the best offense to having a slightly better than average defense, and pretty close to the worst offense.

I think we had the best defense in the league last weekend. Let's not take anything away from the work our defense did. JA & DJ were animals out there.

Of course, we also had the most damn conservative offensive play-calling in a while.
