Today sucks
 

The owner of the company I work for (only 12 people that work here) hasn't been in the office in nearly 2 months. Not one time. She always works from home or is traveling. However, she made certain she came in today.

If she weren't here, our boss would have let us leave at noon.

Anyone else stuck at work today?

I am. But I am the boss and didn't feel like I could take out early.

i am working until 7:30 then i head back to st joe about an hour drive eat turkey then head back to KC probably after thanksgiivng dinner i have tow ork in the morniing on friday and i can't risk getting stuck in st joe. The sports bars there suck

I am just chillen now. I worked my A off getting off my stuff down now i am just watching the clock. I wish I didn't work so hard sometimes so i had something to do all day.

I feel your pain. When my boss is away from the office, he will login about 10 minutes before quitting time to do a role call...especially the days before holidays.

God, that's some serious blowage. If I ever get to a point where I'm the "boss," I hope I'm never like that. Because if I've hired a group of people that I feel I need to "keep an eye on," then I haven't done my job very well.

That is really bad. I hope you get paid well.
