However, I wonder how bad the NFL wanted a Colts Pats game. That was perhaps one of the worst calls I have ever seen.

That was a BS call. Ive seen people get away with WAY Worse. Thats should be a non-call.

Not saying that he still wouldn't have ran it back the whole way, but Addai would have had a chance at making a tackle. He was held and that took the chance away, it was the right call.

You know, as much as I hate 90% of charger fans (75% of which are ex-raider fans)....and as much as I hate the whiny bitches LT and Rivers...

I have to admit I was thinking the same thing while watching this game. As much as the whole charger team whines and cries like 5 year olds - they were getting jobbed by the refs on several critical calls.

So I agree with you....I think the NFL was really looking forward to pumping Manning vs Brady 4 (or whatever it would be).

I just wish that the team playing the Pats could get a fair game called.

Plus it was just an expression, whether the game was fixed or not (which I really dont believe it was, or else the Colts would have won) those penalties were mostly one-sided, for a while.

Mr. Cro, don't go lowering yourself to acting like a Patriots fan. You guys won the game. Questionable calls? Yes, but there always seems to be in any game. Sometimes they go your way, sometimes they don't. Enjoy your victory and don't sweat the little stuff.

If Addai was held from making a tackle, then how does that reverse an interception? [/didn't watch the game]

That was one of the most horrendous calls I've ever seen.

It did not reverse the interception, it reversed the Touchdown.

Cromartie picked it off an ran about 150 yards, to make it 90 yards down the field.

And the refs threw a flag on a very questionable holding call against Eric Weddle.

Addai was the one who threw Weddle on the ground, and if he was really holding, Addai would have gone down with him.

There were definitely some B.S. calls in that game against S.D. Thta touchdown runback was one....a 30 + yard pass interference that went against SD in the 3rd was another totally phantom call.

I was wondering, do you know if the flag was thrown immediately after the supposed illegal block or after it was obvious they were going to score? It kind of make ya wonder.

Good question, the flag symbol didn't come on the TV til long after the TD, but that really doesnt mean anything.

I think they nabbed him well before that.

His left hand was CLEARLY on the cap of Addai's shoulder pads, I'm not sure he was actually holding, but if a ref sees your hands on the outside of a guy like that they're gonna flag it every time.

To be real honest about it, they actually missed a blatant hold on Anthony Gonzalez back closer to the point of the INT, when Cromartie was on the near sideline and made his break for the far sideline.

ill go ahead and agree that the call on the hold was tollay crap. Incredible run back by Cromartie BTW. hes becoming one helluva player

I don't see why this call is BS. On the replay it looked like a definite hold to me.
