I find this kind of funny. Is she dangerous to herself? Should she not be allowed to touch herself until she's 18? I personally think that whoever named her school "Newark Licking Valley" should be arrested.

And the scary part is that they're considering arresting the people she sent the photos to. Can you get someone arrested now by e-mailing them a picture?

NEWARK, Ohio — Central Ohio authorities have filed felony charges against a 15-year-old girl accused of taking nude cell phone photos of herself and sending them to high school classmates.

Police say the Newark Licking Valley student was arrested Friday and held over the weekend. On Monday, she entered denials to juvenile charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and possession of criminal tools.

A spokeswoman for the Ohio attorney general's office says an adult convicted of the child pornography charge would have to register as a sexual offender, but a judge would have flexibility on the matter with a convicted juvenile.

A prosecutor says Licking County authorities also considering charges for students who received the photos.

The school is Licking Valley, it doesn't go by Newark Licking Valley FTR. I live about 25 minutes from their school. They are a High School Football Machine, and they crank out some really good players. One player is coming to TOSU on a full ride, that is huge for a school that small.

I guess I was also molested by several girls when I was in high school. I suppose that, subconsciously, I've blamed myself all these years.

I am a Junior at Licking Valley High School and have gone to school in this district since the fourth grade. My experience at Licking Valley has had it's ups and downs, but in general, LV has been quite wonderful. One thing that slightly disturbed me about LV is how quickly the children form cliques here. (Porn Cliques?) I had previously attended a Newark elementary school before moving here, and at newark, everyone was friends, but once I moved here as young as the fourth grade, social status had already been decided.

To me, this would be scary. I mean, what if she sent them unsolicited? Then all of a sudden some poor kid just got his life ruined because his phone received a photo? Now he is marked for life as a sex offender? Absolutely crazy.

Interestingly I have heard interesting stories about people being imprisoned for child porn on computers they own in a workplace. Heck, some of the child porn is like that random pop-up shit, and people get charged for that despite not having actually even attempted to look at child porn. That is some ****ed up shit.
