Draught.

Katipan 01-23-2009 04:32 PM

Bottle for 100+ degree weather.
Cans for -30 degree weather.
Deep cups with wide brims for beer pong.
Large tumbler for movie drinking games.
Bong when I'm showing off.
Keg when I'm showing off upside down.
Glass if I'm showing off and being classy about it.

memyselfI 01-23-2009 04:32 PM

All of the above as long as it's ICE cold.

MIAdragon 01-23-2009 04:49 PM

Plastic should NEVER be anywhere near beer.

Fish 01-23-2009 04:51 PM

Stanley Cup FTW!!

glass

JuicesFlowing 01-23-2009 07:09 PM

I prefer a pint glass. Some beers are good out of the bottle like Grolsch.

NewChief 01-23-2009 07:15 PM

My general rule:

I'll drink it out of the bottle unless the beer costs over $7 a six pack. At that point, it goes into a pint glass.

kregger 01-23-2009 07:39 PM

Glass, and a room temp glass at that. I dislike it when the server pulls a mug or pint glass from a frosty freezer. IMO that is reserved for the shitty beers like Coors that have no taste anyway.

KCChiefsMan 01-23-2009 07:39 PM

beer glass for me

KCwolf 01-23-2009 07:41 PM

Straight from MY tap into MY plastic cup

DaKCMan AP 01-23-2009 07:46 PM

Depends on the time, location and situation.

CrazyPhuD 01-23-2009 07:53 PM

Small paper dixie cup...the ONLY way to do it!

chiefsfan4life1978 01-23-2009 07:56 PM

If you voted for out of the can...you might be a redneck

nah....real rednecks don't drink from the can...they drink from the still.

beach tribe 01-23-2009 08:26 PM

I like to drink it from the fuzzy goblet.

damaticous 01-23-2009 08:27 PM

I like beer from the bottle better than can, but where I live I can recycle cans. Can't recycle glass. weird, but true.

So I drink cans as much as I can.

DaFace 01-23-2009 08:29 PM

I'd bet that you could crosstab this with the types of beer consumed (cheap shit, standards, crafts) and it would fall pretty easily into plastic, bottle, and glass.

Completely agree. Nothing angers me more than a restaurant that serves me some stout or pale ale in a frosty mug. Sure man, bring me a 16yo single malt and coke while you're at it, dipshit.

I actually thought about making that a poll option.

Bugeater 01-24-2009 12:43 PM

I've always been a fan of the frosty mug.

Damn! I voted a pint glass but I like your answer better.

There's nothing wrong with a cold glass. As long as the glass was dry when they chilled it and hasn't been sitting in the freezer for 2 days. Then you don't get the layer of ice on the glass which waters the beer down.

That's why you pour 1/2 inch of beer into the bottom of the mug before freezing.

Ice without wattering down der beers...:D

metal bottles are the worst. Do you guys have those by you? I've seen Phillies and Yankees Bud bottles. It may have been the beer that was the problem, but either way... not enjoyable.

StcChief 01-24-2009 02:42 PM

Pint Glass... doesn't have to be frozen. agree with Kregger. to help run of the mill domestics make 'em iced. unless it's really hot out 90+ then cold bottle.

splatbass 01-24-2009 03:16 PM

1. Pint glass, or other glass

2. Bottle

Anything else only if it is the only choice.
