Antonio Bryant

Will he be pursued by Pioli ? we could have a explosive receiving core with Bowe , Bryant, And Tony G Antonio Bryant

Antonio Bryant

The Jeff George of WRs

bigkyle76 02-08-2009 12:34 AM

he was nasty in tampa last year and was a sweet fantasy pick up for me last year definitely an improvement over Mark Bradley. He can be the downfield threat we where really lacking this year

KCwolf 02-08-2009 12:53 AM

Think he could be a VERY productive WR in KC, and was Outstanding in Tampa...great move for KC IMO

Not to change the focus of the topic, but wasn't Bradley pretty good before his injury? Why is everybody writing him off?

Because we can do better. Bradley was fine. If he's still good he'll stick around as a 3rd/4th option. But we could use a better #2

Bryant is a cancer. He'd be an awful pickup for such a young team, and I can't imagine any Parcells protege going after a guy who threw a towel in his face.

As long as the mother****er's name is NOT "Crabtree at 3rd overall" knock yourselves out.

Hes good when he plays. But with his history of injury, hes not a guy who you can count on long term.

DTLB58 02-08-2009 09:32 AM

Wasn't he the guy that was in Dallas when Parcells was there? So then Haley was probably there also.

Just remembered there was a big blow between Parcells and a WR (No, not T.O.) and then the player left and went somewhere else and had success.

Who's Tony G. Antonio Bryant?

Blindside58 02-08-2009 09:56 AM

Bryant is a greasy thug dog. I remember him catching a long pass against carolina last season and taking his helmet off to celebrate, getting the 15 yard penalty and one of his coaches patting him on the back and him saying something like **** dem refs ..let's just say lil' john and leroy spinks have nothing on this guy's grammer and self image.

I hated that scene. I loved the movie and have the DVD, but I wish I could take that scene out.

Now back to your regularly scheduled program....

I'd be pretty excited if we could have a receiver with his numbers:

Granted, he did have Garcia throwing to him.

Those are very Eddie Kennison-like numbers. Nothing special at all.
