Taco Shop back in Wichita is awesome. It's probably not connected to the ones out west, but still equally amazing.

Guess who gets hurt when you skip work? Not the manager. Not corporate. Just your fellow employees who have to fill your shift.

I was visiting my boy out there last week, and he took me to Grubby's in Carlsbad. It was the bomb son! 5 tacos for $5 everyday! I'm talking real authentic knawmean? tacos pastor, carnitas, chorizo, and the bartender/waitress was smoking hot. go there.

That's my concern. nut, go back through your paperwork and verify that you did NOT sign a non-compete. If you did, those Taco Bueno lawyers will be all over your oos.

I know a woman who worked for Anderson Consulting, and when she left she couldn't work for another consulting firm for two years afterward. Pretty much the same thing.

We have Albert Taco in Colorado. I swear if you yelled I-N-S when you walked in you would hear the back door slam before you got to the counter but the food is awesome.
