Anyone going?

I know, I know. No one in their right mind would pay to go to a game. Well, I didn't. They were given to me. Surely there might be some other season ticket holders who will be attending.

I'm there for 8/15. I'm on call for the 8/29 game.

Just getting an idea of who to look up.


Also, I'll be staying the night up there that night. If anyone wants to go out for a drink afterwards, I'm game. Hell, it's preseason. I'll even leave the game early if I have to.

Nope. Not at full price anyway. heh That last two PS games I attended were boring as hell too.

It's kind of fun to see a few players who you will probably never see play in a Chiefs uniform again. But, yeah, it's more of a meet and greet to get ready for the season. That's why I'm game if anyone wants to go out that night. Haven't been to KC since February (except to drive through on my way to St Joe in April). I need my fix!

Okay, Bugsy. Phobia brought pulled pork to share when I took him last year. You gonna be able to top that? Oh! I need to see if Bowser is tailgating again. He has some yummy alcoholic stuff that tasted like chocolate milk. Cocoa Tequila Rose, or something like that.

I have a mini Weber I can bring to grill up some eats, not sure if I can top Phobia's grub though.

I'm hoping someone else will be tailgating, so there's nothing to clean up, etc. Or we can meet up before and go to get BBQ somewhere. I think there's a Gates around the corner up the street from Sportz Nutz. As long as I have some kind of BBQ while I'm there.

I go to any game I can get a free ticket for. Normally, I can get a ticket to one of the preseason games and possibly a game or 2 during the season. We got tickets to the Chief vs. Cowboy game so maybe we'll get preseason thrown in. Right now I wouldn't mind meeting up with people after the game if I go or not, so let me know if anything gets planned.

Whatever works, I'm clueless when it comes to where to go in KC.

I signed in just to tell Bugeater that I'll stop by halfway through the fourth quarter.

Seriously though, if I'm around, I'll stop by for dinner or drinks or whatever.... of if I'm really jet lagged, bring beer here.

Kind of... They put 15 mins on the clock, and let the beer guys walk around the field... It's pretty funny, because most of the time the other team gets confused, and tackles them anyway...

Oh, and my wife is due to pop out a lil girl the 26th... So I won't be at the 29th game... But i'll be there for the first one... Well, I might go in for a few mins. But i'll surely go out and parking lot party...

if your going to a preseason game, the third one is the one to go to, usually the starter play over a half.
