With the Lelie signing, Why not Harrison?
 

Marvin Harrison and his guns are still on the FA market? Why wouldnt Pioli pull a Belichek and maybe try to sign him for a reasonable contract to help out Mark Castle?

Probably because we signed Amani Toomer, and although Harrison is one of the best WR's to ever play the game, we already have a sure-handed veteran with diminished speed on our roster...

Yes and then we'll start an old folks home for WR's on their last legs. In fact we'll bring Derrick Alexander in again so he can retire twice. Marvin's got Heroin to move in Philly, he's got no time for KC's small market.

Because there is chance that Harrison might go to jail for a shooting incident awhile back.

When Harrison doesn't require a sundial to run a 40 he might be a nice pickup.

I would think that Matt Jones would be a viable option at this point though.

Sean LaChapelle, Marc Boerigter, Larry Parker, Snoop Minnis, Lake Dawson, Tony Horne, Sylvester Morris, and Brett Perriman are all available.

He wants to play and will look for the right situation, i believe the Titans have called, not sure if he wants to go there, he shouldn't be picky.

Maybe Elvis will come back to throw and catch it too.

There was a pretty good article in SI a while back about the shooting in Philly he was accused of being involved in.

There was lots of evidence against him, but in the end the D.A. said the reason charges weren't brought against him was because lack of a "credible witness" Pretty much everyone who saw anything has some sort of criminal record.

However, there has been a civil suit brought against Marvin in this case.

The article spoke of how Harrison pretty much spends all of his time at his old neighborhood bar/area every off season and it's no secret that he is packing at least one weapon when he is at his bar.

Makes ya wonder if this wouldn't bother NFL GM's and he is physically ok why Andy Reid and the Eagles wouldn't pick up the home town boy to help McNabb get his SB. Afterall, they took a chance on you know who.....
