Pats vs Skins: Brady's shoulder jacked.
 

Watching the game on Justin TV. Announcers said Brady's shoulder got bush-whacked. No status as of yet(of course).

He looked fine seems they just took him out as a precaution.

Is he on the side line?

He came out for the 3rd qrt but didnt play.

Green Ellis.....that's one of those guys NE will probably cut that I wouldn't be surprised to see on the Chiefs roster.

No way with Maroney as your starter you cut Green Ellis.

Fred Taylor is their starter....

They don't have room for him man, Taylor, Maroney, Morris and Faulk are all on that team.

Taylor is done.

Say what you will but Taylor and Maroney are on that team so is Faulk and they've kept Morris around cause they like him...it's a numbers game.

I would think Morris leaves before Ellis. Green Ellis fits the Faulk mold, and he isnt a spring chicken.

I would be surprised if they did that, the Pats seem to value vets and all that.

Morris is a guy they've been comfortable with starting in the past.

Will see, think Maroney is worse than LJ.... Taylor is beyond worn down. Would like to see Green Ellis in a Chiefs uni, but dont see it happening with the age of the RB's in the Pats camp.

Maroney has sucked for several years they continue to keep him around.

Their RB's look like a 3 headed monster with Faulk being the 4th guy doing his typical thing.

Its the Faulk factor that probably keeps Ellis on the roster.

Roughing the Passer just because the defender came in low on Brennan? What the ****...they should just throw flags on. What a joke.

If they wanna replace Faulk they can draft a guy who does it way better then Ellis does.

If you submarine a QB you will get a penalty just like if you touch their head.

Yeah.. Charles would be better if he didnt put the ball on the carpet every 4th touch. Or the Chiefs could draft someone better. Or the Pats would have drafted someone better .... Green Ellis isnt a bad back. He is better than Morris, probably more durable than Maroney. Faulk is their best back, they wont cut the guy they think will replace him.

I don't remotely think he's better than Sammy Morris is...

I wouldn't remotely want Jamal Charles doing what Faulk does either, he's just fast he's not a good receiver.

I wouldn't be at all suprised if the Pats draft someone like CJ Spiller.

Guess we differ in opinion then. I do think he is more versatile than Morris therefore making him better than Morris. Charles has ability, just cant hold onto the football. Spiller is interesting, think his size makes him drop in the draft(since he is a top RB right now). See what he does carrying the load this year.

Some things may drop Spiller but other things bring him back up, elite speed, likely the best receiving back in the draft, dynamic return man.

Knowing how NE is I'm saying they keep the guys they're comfortable with even if the young guy is right up there.

Agree about Spiller, a poor mans Bush... Not able to handle a full load, but used correctly can be effective. I disagree in your opinion on who NE keeps. IMO, I would rather have Green Ellis over Morris everyday of the week, especially on Sunday. But thats just me.

As long as O'Connel isn't one, I'm content to let Pioli look backwards to NE for roster depth until he forges new relationships outside of his old Crony.

Fat boy is going to get a $25k love note from the NFL early next week. That's a pretty cheap shot for a pre-season game.
