i am not sure you can be 100% wearing knee braces, they make them high tech these days but it limits you somewhat

Normally, you'd be correct. But despite the misinformation posted here by others; this brace was specially designed by NASA to enhance Cassel's performance. (Not unlike Barry Bonds elaborate truss system.) It was engineered by NASA's top engineer, and based off alien technology. All we know is that it contains dilithium crystals that are suspended in a matter - antimatter stream. Although nobody knows his name, TMZ was able to obtain this pic of the engineer:
