****Official MNF Thread: Dolphins vs. Jets****
Marc Anthony has already fueled the ROFLCopter with his rendition of the National Anthem in that ridiculous suit and sunglasses combo.
Talk about an immediate return on investment LOL

Or, do Cubans hate Mexicans? I don't really know. |
Dolphins line looks to be missing New Dookie.
i didn't expect the dolphins offense to hold off jets in the first play
They wont let Henne throw 5 passes tonight. Brown will have 8 or 9.
Who needs a QB
Pace has already missed two big tackles.
hispanic officiating month
Is it me, or did Mark Anthony look like James Carville with hair?
the lowrider pulling in the score grafic was a nice touch

dolphins will make a statement if they score on their first offensive series
Ronnie brown TD
7-8 minute drive by the dolphins ... nice
what happened to the blitz? |
That was quite a drive, but it'll be interesting to see if they can maintain that kind of offensive movement.
the Jets were the hot pick...opened at -1 and closed at -3...everyone was betting the Jets...didn't make any sense to me...Miami is a good team that is well coached...and the fans have a Monday Night HOME game...so you know they are going to bring their A game...and they face a ROOKIE QB coming off a terrible game...
So yeah, I tool the Dolphins money line and put a lot of gambling points on them via my geebler (19th of 138 right now, first prize is $5000)... |
runners vs turnovers = wins the game...
what happened to ryans 1000 blitzes? |
Seminole FAIL
man...I'm up 24 in fantasy and I'm going against Ronnie Brown.
that was the greatest fake punt of all time.
looked offsides there...
Crowder ****ed up
only a few QB's can make that throw!
that was a momentum turner for the jets
Hootie you really can't say shit about any QB's ever again after that Carson Palmer shit you spewed.
Hate that play on 2nd down.

We'll see if he keeps it up. I'd still take 12-15 QB's over him. |

As Palmer has scrambled for first downs on 4th several times this year...uh huh |
not a good throw by mark in the endzone.
Nice ... catch by Edwards!!! Good job Mark
Quote:
He could have made a PBJ back there.
Braylon Edwards TD
thank you cleveland, he might have value for my fantasy team yet |
SANCHEZ SUCKS!!!/Pioli Zombie.
wow...his numbers are ALMOST as good as thigpens last year LMAO
except he gets sacked more...and he has a RB averaging 5 YPC... Yeah, he's made two clutch, quality drives...but in between...he has sucked...Benson has carried them offensively...and their defense keeps them in games. |
This is great, Palmer has lead the Bengals on game winning drives every game this year and Hootie tries to credit Cedric Benson.
Cincy is going to be the favorite against Houston next week...
I bet Houston wins. |

Keep telling yourself what you want, fact remains you were completely wrong about that just like well everything else.

Edwards went for only a 3rd and 5th?? Why weren't we offering that

Rickey runs for ganja

I've had a pretty damn good year ROFL Palmer is better than I predicted, but he's still not a top 10 NFL QB... Peyton GAP GAP GAP GAP Brady Brees Roethlisberger Eli Warner McNabb Rivers Ryan Cutler |
Hamas should post your baseball takes those were pretty funny.

The Vikings were playing A HOME GAME at the Edward Jones Dome...the Rams can do ONE thing (run) and you can't do that against the Vikings... Nothing like persuading an entire bar to bet money on the Vikings...and then watching the Vikings win by 100. |

ROFL This isn't 1980 anymore... What are my baseball takes? Enlighten me. The Cardinals were the best team in the NL...they got swept in the playoffs...it's bullshit...the playoffs are a total crapshoot. If you put the Royals in the postseason...they'd win a series or two every once in a while...and shit, with Greinke...who knows. |
This is a great thread. Getting to listen to Hootie and his jilted lover argue over 'takes'. You boys and your foreplay..
mecca is gushing over a QB that has a 77 QB rating...if Cassel had those numbers (even with the nice game ending drives) I guarantee he wouldn't be gushing over him.
is tony sparano wearing a tent?

That would be filed under "shit call".
maybe mark should try throwing a deep to braylon -- to get something going
i'm still waiting for Ryan's dominating blitzing Jets defense to show up LMAO |
That one's on Keller, but he's made a couple of inaccurate throws he has to fix, or the Jets will be in a hole.

what did brees ever win except fanatasy points... he's a fantasy QB -- that's it in a nutshell this is the nfl -- winning is all that counts. who cares they can throw 5,000 yds a game -- he had his chance to make it to the big game -- well, he failed ... LMAO |

In honor of former Cub Marquis' collapse, I thought it might be funny to play some of ****tard Hootie's greatest hits about the St. Louis Cardinals: On the Cardinals farm system: Quote: <table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0"> <tbody><tr> <td class="alt2" style="border: 1px inset ;"> Originally Posted by Baby Got Grbac http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/image...s/viewpost.gif Who? As I said in response: "You better savor this year because you guys are going to need a massive rebuild and soon." |
Nice bullrush by Jenkins..
Kerry Rhodes is a really good safety. God, I'd love to have a guy like that on our team.

Right here:
Drew Brees On January 13, 2007, in his first playoff game for New Orleans, Brees was 20-32 in passing attempts with 1 touchdown and no interceptions vs. the Philadelphia Eagles in the Louisiana Superdome. On January 21, 2007, Brees led the Saints to the franchise's first NFC Championship Game against the Chicago Bears. Though he completed 27 of 49 passes for 354 yards, and two touchdowns, Brees committed three costly turnovers. He was also penalized for an intentional grounding in the endzone, resulting in a safety. The Saints eventually lost to the Bears, 39-14.[6] After the season, Brees dislocated his left elbow during the first quarter of the 2007 Pro Bowl.[7] Despite not reaching the Super Bowl, the season was seen as a success for the team that was still suffering from the effects of Hurricane Katrina and finished last in the division a year ago at 3-13. Brees had his chance to lead his team. Fantasy QB |
