Ebay..
 

I ordered some things off of ebay and paid for them via pay pal. I paid for them on Dec. 11th and still haven't gotten them. Has anyone else had trouble out of ebay before and if so what? Has anyone never received their items?
The store I ordered them from has 99.6% positive feedback and have been a member for years. With their reputation I figured it would be ok. I ordered from another store within ebay and it was a perfect transaction. This one has me worried.

Have you tried contacting the seller?

Yes he said they were mailed out on the 17th and it takes 7-9 business days for delivery. But the past 4 days I have written him asking him for a tracking number or a way to confirm they had been mailed and he hasn't answered me. I opened a case with ebay about it, they have 7 days and they will get back to me. They will contact the seller and look at any transactions between myself and the seller.

The strange thing is I received emails on 2 of the items saying they had been mailed on the 13th and then he notified me the third item was damaged and he didn't know it till it was ready to be shipped and they were out of this item. I picked something else and he said they it would be mailed out with the rest of the things, which would have made it the 17th.

If it wasn't a store within ebay I would think the same. But with his feedback and rep. I am hoping christmas mail is slowing it down.

I've bought several things off of e bay and had no issues,not saying I wont someday,but so far so good.

My son orders from there all the time and its all been good for him to.

If I were you, I'd lock myself in the house and never leave. Ever. You're not equipped to interact with the world.

This is why when I want something I just get in my car and go to a store and buy it.

The person who has been opening your cereal boxes and shit also has your package.

Cause its not easy to find the items I ordered. Well you can't find them, anywhere.

Never thought of that.....no, I have to go pick them up at the post office, at least I did the last things.

If it's something that is that hard to find, then it's probably something you don't really need.

Why worry? If you paid with paypal you'll get your money back if it doesn't arrive.

There is a good chance u will get your money back cause your using paypal it sucks being a seller on ebay cause they get **** the seller over cases and they baby the buyer not the seller

Oh ok, well I would rather have what I ordered, but if I don't it a relief to know that.

So...what is it that you ordered that is so hard to find?

The buyer is the one getting screwed if they don't get their stuff, of course they are going to baby the buyer, they are the ones paying for something they should get and get it on time. How can they screw the seller? In what way?

Just go through the door that says 'Must be 21 to Enter' at the video store. They'll have what you're looking for there.

Where was it mailed from?

if you paid paypal and it was ebay, you'll get your money back. they screw sellers in favor of buyers for basically anything.

How? You have to pay for the stuff before you get it, how does the seller get screwed? In what way could they get screwed?

Well when cases are open they just hear the buyer side of the story and not the sellers I been screwed over several times and couple times the buyer was supposed to return the item(s) back and I never received them. I complained to ebay but they could care-less of it also the fees are getting ridiculous

I was going to say you might not get your stuff if it was mailed within the US, because 7-9 days is a bit much.... but it's only been about 10 business days since the 17th, and coming from Japan, I'd give it at least that if it wasn't sent UPS or FedEx. I'd give it a few more days... at least Tuesday or Wednesday.

I am hoping the same thing. It has also been the holidays which slows stuff down.

I've ordered a lot of stuff sent from that part of the world off of E-bay (electronics and some knock-off stuff). It often takes 30 days to get stuff.

Rudolph took 3 Vicodin and ended up in Houston and I heard there was ice in between here and there so I figure it will be there tomorrow. Patience is your friend.

I paid extra shipping for it to get here faster....before christmas is what he told me...I will wait a little longer and see what happens before I get bent out of shape to badly.

It was expensive. That is counting shipping and handling and it is 3 different items.
